Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels of students. Please check with your physician before staring any exercise program. Our program is moderate to high intensity.
Students can always move at a lower or higher intensity based on their need. That’s the beauty about our classes. We meet you where you are with your fitness needs. All our students do sweat a lot from the aerobic aspect of the class.
