Fusion Beatz’s Xtrim Bollywood Fitness program believes in the mantra of Bollywood DANCE FITNESS workout using 3 core components of exercise: aerobics, strengthening and flexibility to create a complete total body workout. Our program consists of fun, high-energy Indian music and dance, Xtrim Bollywood program is choreographed by a practicing physician who understands the human physiology. The program is scientifically well-grounded in the principles of physiology and cardiology and grew out of the scientific health education of a medical doctor, who discovered the amazing holistic health benefits from this “fusion” of a disciplined fitness program with dance.

Xtrim Bollywood dance fitness routines targets major large muscle groups resulting in high caloric output with an adrenaline rush. The infectious rhythms, partnership, atmosphere, movements and music come together and create one of the most satisfying fitness experiences you will ever have!

Those students who join our classes will discover that, after attending only a few classes, their muscle tone will improve, their stress levels will drop, and their morale will rocket!

Our Xtrim Bollywood Program is accredited by American Fitness of Aerobic Association (AFAA)  and American Council for Fitness (ACE)
Our fitness program is an exceptional program developed by a practicing physician who understands every aspect of human physiology, movement, and musculature. This makes the program unique and ensures a firm basis grounded in a philosophy of fitness that joins fun and exercise and overcomes the boredom of repetitive sessions.
This program is effective because it provides variations for each student’s level of ability while preparing them to continue to develop to new levels of fitness.
This program ensures that every individual gets their dose of fitamin of cardio, flexibility, major muscle groups strengthening, and body toning.

Fusion Beatz’s unique dance-fitness routine builds your endurance and sculpts your muscles while you have fun to Bollywood beats!

We combine fast and slow Bollywood cardio moves with compound exercises — all in one workout! It is for participants of all ages and skill levels from beginners to experts.

The program was developed by a practicing physician who possesses an expert understanding of human physiology, thus optimizing the program safety and health benefits.

The program is not just a training routine, but part of a larger and unique philosophical framework of holistic fitness and wellness, which guides the Fusion Beatz program.The result is a program that ensures every individual gets their dose of “fitamin,” including the exercise of the cardiovascular system, flexibility, strengthening of the major muscle groups, core strength-building, and body toning.
